Nance S. Trueworthy is a photojournalist who specializes in assignment, stock and location photography. Her profession has taken her to exciting locations in the Caribbean, Europe and all over the USA where she has photographed the drama of our natural world as well as famous people in all walks of life. She is represented by Aurora & Quanta, Stock Boston, Positive Images, Christine Bielik Licensing, Getty and Chromazone of The Netherlands. Her work has been published nationally and internationally in books, magazines and on greeting cards. Her work also appears on a national calendar entitled "By the Shore." Nance is the author of six books entitled "Maine in Four Seasons", "Down the Shore", "A Seat on the Shore", "Maine Impressions", "Maine's Casco Bay Islands", "Maine Coast Impressions" and "The Inspired Garden" is scheduled for release in the spring of 2009. Nance has worked as a contract photojournalist for the national book series "America 24/7." Her work was also featured in the Smithsonian Museum in an exhibit entitled "Ocean Planet" which traveled throughout the USA. The photos of her hot air balloons have been incorporated into the exterior building design of the new international arts centre called "Campus Kerkrade" located in The Netherlands. |
